Our Executive Chef,Rodion Dodu, born in 1992, represents the beating heart of our cuisine. Rodion became trained in important restaurants in Italy and abroad, and has gained experience that has allowed him to develop a cuisine in which the search for the harmony of flavors is at the base of each dish.

The Maître

Our Maître and Sommelier, Moreno Bracciotti, represents the spearhead of our dining room team. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Moreno has worked at some of the best restaurants and hotels in Italy, where he honed his knowledge of wine and gastronomy.

Moreno is a true expert in wine selection, and will be able to recommend the best pairing for each dish you choose from our menu. His passion for the world of wine translates into an accurate and carefully selected wine list, which offers our guests the possibility of to discover the best Italian and international wines.

But Moreno is not just a sommelier: thanks to his experience in the restaurant sector, he is also an expert Maitre who will welcome you with elegance and professionalism, guiding you in the choice of dishes and ensuring that your lunch or dinner at our restaurant is an unforgettable experience.
