There’ a green heart that beats in the chest of Villa Lattanzi: a heart made up of 35 hectares of private forest, the Bosco del Cugnolo, of special paths where you can get lost behind your thoughts, of Belvedere points that lead straight into the foaming embrace of the sea. The Bosco del Cugnolo is such a place precious and special to have become a protected area of ​​the Marche region, where the Mediterranean scrub preserves traits so rare as to be almost unique.

As you come and go you will come across fragrant lemon and orange trees, imposing oaks, centuries-old olive trees and then strawberry trees, holm oaks, oleanders and precious junipers. Each route (there are five in total, of different difficulties and suitable for trekking lovers) is equipped with equipped rest areas.
