A centuries-long history of hospitality

Villa Lattanzi appears for the first time in the documents of the Land Registry of Torre delle Palme, around 1778, and is defined as a holiday casino. The first owners, the Counts Vinci of Fermo, displayed their hospitality within these walls, in love with the forest and the sea. It later entered the possessions of Monsignor Lattanzi and was left by him to the Archbishop's Curia of Fermo and in recent years has become the property of the Beleggia family.
